A signal looks stale or hasn't updated

First, read the timestamps
Each recommendation has a publication or update time. “Stale” means the app has not confirmed a newer server state; it does not mean the original entry, stop, or target remains actionable.
If the displayed price or status looks old:
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network problem.
- Return to the feed and refresh it.
- Force-close Markov and reopen it.
- Confirm automatic date and time are enabled on the phone.
- Install any pending update from Google Play.
Do not act on an unconfirmed state
Do not chase an entry or infer that an old status is still current. Market prices can move while the phone is offline. Reopen the live feed and verify the latest status, entry zone, and structural stop before making your own decision.
If one item remains stale while the rest of the feed updates, email support@markov.in with the symbol, the timestamp shown, the app version, and a screenshot. Do not include private KYC or payment information.
