The app won't open or shows a blank screen

Start with the safe checks
- Open Markov's Google Play listing and install any available update.
- Confirm that the phone has a working internet connection and automatic date and time are enabled.
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Markov, choose Force stop, then reopen the app.
- Restart the phone if the screen remains blank.
Clear cache, not account data
In Android Settings → Apps → Markov → Storage & cache, tap Clear cache. This removes temporary files without intentionally deleting your account session. Avoid Clear storage/data unless support asks you to use it, because it signs you out and removes the app's local cache.
Reinstall only after the checks above
Uninstall Markov, restart the phone, and reinstall it from the official Google Play listing. Do not install APK files sent through chat groups or unofficial download sites.
If the app still will not open, email support@markov.in with your phone model, Android version, Markov app version, and a screenshot or short screen recording. Do not send an OTP, PAN, Aadhaar number, password, or payment credential.
