How email works at Markov
You sign in to Markov with your mobile number. An email address is optional and is used only for invoices and service notices.
How to add or change it
Email support@markov.in with:
- the last four digits of your registered mobile number, and
- the email address you want on file.
Support updates the address and confirms by email. Never send your complete PAN, any OTP, or card/UPI details.
A note on KYC
Changing the email on your account does not repeat KYC.
