Can't log in or my session keeps dropping

If the OTP does not arrive
- Check the country code and phone number before requesting another OTP.
- Wait for the countdown to finish. Repeated requests can delay or invalidate earlier codes.
- Confirm the phone can receive SMS and has a stable network connection.
- Enable automatic date, time, and time zone in Android Settings.
- Install the latest Markov version from Google Play and try once more.
Use only the newest OTP. Markov support will never ask you to read an OTP aloud, forward it, or send it by email.
If the app repeatedly signs you out
Force-close and reopen the app, then restart the phone. If the problem continues, clear Markov's cache under Android Settings → Apps → Markov → Storage & cache. Clearing all storage signs you out and should be a last step.
Contact support safely
Email support@markov.in from your registered email address with the phone number's last four digits, phone model, Android version, app version, and the approximate time of the failed login. Never send your complete OTP, PAN, Aadhaar number, password, or card/UPI credentials.
